Lift the leg up as far as it will go, do this 5 times on each leg. Then position yourself at the person’s feet. Starting with the left leg applies your left hand the right of the foot, and your right hand on top of the Achilles tendon then lightly pulls the leg toward you twice. Then apply your left hand under Neath the knee, the right hand grabbing the foot and applying the up and down motion to relax the leg, please watch the video I sent to you, if you can figure it out I will make a video for you. Then turn the person on their back. Apply the right leg over the left leg and lightly bring the leg downward, to align the hip.
